Crayfish Creek Restoration Project
Located on National Park Service land inside the City of Sugar Hill, GA, Crayfish Creek has been heavily impacted by stormwater runoff from nearby development and degrading water management infrastructure. Invasive plants further threaten the area's riparian corridor, threatening the health of the creek's entire ecosystem. With the support of community partners, stakeholders, and volunteers of all ages, the future of this little creek is getting brighter.
Improving our communities by balancing environmental quality with economic and cultural development.
